1. Who we are

Subscribers can select one of our supported UK charities during checkout. We publish monthly donation totals on our Winners & donations page. Charity partners may change over time.

8. Prohibited conduct & misuse

We may void entries, withhold or recover prizes, suspend or close accounts if we reasonably suspect: fraud, abuse, multiple accounts to bypass limits, automated/robotic entries, or breaches of these terms.

9. Cancellations & refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Refunds are not typical unless required by law or due to our error. Cancellation takes effect at the next billing cycle; any remaining draws in the paid period remain eligible.

11. Complaints & disputes

Email support@thegreatchangeuk.com. We aim to respond within 10 working days. If you are not satisfied, we will provide details of any applicable escalation/ADR route.

12. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, events beyond our reasonable control, or failures of third-party networks/payment providers. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for legal, regulatory or operational reasons. Material changes will be posted before they take effect.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
